Roanoke City Democratic Committee (RCDC) Walk for Democracy

This event will be held at the Wasena Park Brick Shelter starting at 12 noon- Please come with your Best Democracy Signs and Dress as your “Favorite Democracy Character” We will be giving prizes for best in show in both categories-
We will have guest speakers “Sarah Goodman from Red Wine and Blue- Jade Harris from Rural GroundGame- Heather Rose from Radio Free Roanoke- Mike Santos retired educator and author –
We are also planning a potluck for delicious food- This is a great event to spend time with friends and family to learn-listen-discuss-plan for the everchanging world around us- This is a ticketed event as a fundraiser
