Reorganization Membership Filing Form

Please provide the following information to register for membership on the Roanoke County Democratic Committee and to participate in the Committee’s reorganization meeting.

The reorganization meeting will be held on Saturday, December 13th, 2025 at 3:30PM at the Roanoke Council of Garden Clubs (3640 Colonial Avenue, 24018). To attend you must register before Monday, December 8th, 2025 at 3:30PM.

The doors to the caucus room will open at 3:30 PM, the meeting will start promptly at 4:05 PM and the doors will close, the meeting will end at 5:30 PM. You must arrive before the doors close. Participants must be residents of County of Roanoke, Virginia. If you wish to file as a candidate for an executive office, you must also complete the Reorganization Officer Filing Form.
