Reorganization Officer Filing Form

Please provide the following information to register to become a candidate for an executive office on the Roanoke County Democratic Committee at the reorganization meeting.

Committee officers attend and lead monthly membership meetings, monthly executive board meetings, as well various subcommittees meetings and volunteer activities. Officers typically volunteer 5-20 hours per month depending on the office and time of year. If you would like a lower level of commitment, please instead file as a member of the committee by completing the Reorganization Membership Filing Form.

The reorganization meeting will be held on Saturday, December 13th, 2025 at 3:30PM at the Roanoke Council of Garden Clubs (3640 Colonial Avenue, 24018). To file as a candidate you must register before Friday, December 5th, 2025 at 3:30PM.

The doors to the caucus room will open at 3:30 PM, the meeting will start promptly at 4:05 PM and the doors will close, the meeting will end at 5:30 PM. You must arrive before the doors close. Officers must be residents of County of Roanoke, Virginia. In addition to completing the form on this page, Officers must also register as a participant by completing the Reorganization Membership Filing Form.
