Reorganization Officer Filing Form

Please provide the following information to register to become a candidate for an executive office on the Roanoke County Democratic Committee at the reorganization meeting.

The reorganization meeting will be held on Saturday, December 9th, 2023 at 11AM virtually via Zoom. To file as a candidate you must register before Saturday, December 2nd, 2023 at 11AM.

The doors to the caucus room will open at 10:30 AM, the meeting will start promptly at 11:00 AM and the doors will close, the meeting will end at 12:00 PM (noon). You must arrive before the doors close. Your identity will be confirmed to match the information used during registration before entry. Officers must be residents of County of Roanoke, Virginia. In addition to completing the form on this page, Officers must also register as a participant by completing the Reorganization Membership Filing Form.
